Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY

 

RETURNS

*Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping of the item(s) back to our warehouse.

 

Defective Policy

To provide the best customer service possible, Xoxoxo Novelty has implemented a hassle-free return policy. Products with manufacturing defects must be returned within 60 days from receipt and require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).

Here is how it works:

· Contact Customer Service at xoxoxonovelty@yahoo.com directly with your return request.

· We will need to see pictures and videos to verify the defect or the incorrect item.

· Once the pictures and videos verify there is a defect or an incorrect item, we will send you the necessary info on where to ship said item to be returned.

· Only once the item is received and verified will a replacement be sent out.

· Your Customer Service Representative will provide an RMA # for approved items.

· Pack all items to be returned in a shipping box.

· Write a list of every item and place it inside the shipping box.

· Write the RMA # on the outside of the shipping box to expedite the return process.

· Once the return is received and processed by Xoxoxo Novelty, an exchange will be shipped. 

We do NOT refund defective merchandise

• Lotions
• Lubricants
• Opened or used intimate apparel

 

Sex Toys

All sex toy items that are unopened and unused can be returned for a partial refund. We will deduct shipping costs and pick and pack costs of 25% of your purchase price. We will NOT accept opened or used sex toys for return.

 

Lingerie/Intimates

Intimates (including underwear, bathing suits, leggings, etc.) cannot be returned for any reason. 

 

EXCHANGES

Apparel & Accessories

Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including a different color) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference. Exchanges can be done up to 15 days of receiving the item, anything past 15 days cannot be exchanged. 

Sex Toys 

If you opened the item and it is defective or if it is not the item you purchased, please contact us so we can resolve the issue for you. We will need to see pictures and videos to verify the defect or the incorrect item.

1. Once the pictures and videos verify there is a defect or an incorrect item, we will send you the necessary info on where to ship the said item to be returned.

2. Only once the item is received and verified will a replacement be sent out.

We do NOT refund defective devices, but we will exchange them for the SAME product or a product of equal value(s).

REFUNDS

Due to health and safety regulations all adult toys, adult novelties, and vibrators are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer defects, in which only exchanges will be given (see above).

 

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.

You must begin filing a claim for items 'lost in transit within 4 weeks of it being shipped and/or the last update. Passed 4 weeks we can no longer process any request or provide any type of refund. 

 

Returns Process (DEFECTIVE or DAMAGE INCURRED BEFORE SHIPPING.) We are NOT responsible for merchandise damaged during transit (delivery). The customer is advised to insure all packages. If a package is damaged upon delivery...contact the mail carrier.

 

If you wish to return your purchased items, please follow the process below:

1. Contact customer service at xoxoxonovelty@yahoo.com to request the RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).

2. You will receive an email with a return label to insert in your package.

3. Pack the products you would like to return, print, and insert your return label & post!

Once received, we will process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.

If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you and no refunds will be processed.

Sex Toys:
